State law prohibits the use of Healthy Texas Women funds to perform or promote elective abortions, or to contract with entities that perform or promote elective abortions or affiliate with entities that perform or promote elective abortions. 

Providers of Healthy Texas Women services must certify their compliance with state law under their National Provider Identification number. 

The Healthy Texas Women program offers women's health and family planning services at no cost to eligible, low-income women.

Providing comprehensive, low-cost, and accessible family planning and reproductive healthcare services to women and men in Texas.

The Breast and Cervical Cancer Services program provides quality breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to eligible clients at no cost.
