BCCS: How to Apply?

If you meet the qualifications, use the Find a Doctor tool on the right to find a clinic near you. Make an appointment, and the staff will meet with you at the clinic to see if you are eligible.

If you have been diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer and don't have health insurance that will pay for your treatment, you may be eligible to receive full Medicaid benefits by applying for Medicaid for Breast and Cervical Cancer. Contact a Breast and Cervical Cancer Services clinic to see if you qualify for this Medicaid program. You can also use the Find a Doctor tool on this page to find a clinic offering application assistance.

Please call 2-1-1 if you need assistance.
