How will I know if I'm covered by the Healthy Texas Women program?

If we approve your application, we will send you a Your Texas Benefits ID card in the mail. You must take this card with you to the doctor’s office when you get Healthy Texas Women services. This card lets the doctor’s office know which services you can get. You can also view and print your ID card on Your Texas Benefits.

Call 1-866-993-9972 (toll-free) if you don’t get a Your Texas Benefits ID card and want to see if you are in the program.

Go to YourTexasBenefits.com to submit your application online. We will need proof of:

• Your identity.
• The money you make.
• Your citizenship and immigration status.
