The Breast and Cervical Cancer Services program provides quality breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services to eligible clients at no cost.  Regular screening tests may find precancerous tissue or cancers early, when treatment is likely to work best.

The Family Planning Program helps fund clinic sites across the state to provide high-quality, comprehensive, low-cost, accessible family planning and reproductive healthcare services to women and men in Texas. These services help people determine the number and spacing of their children, reduce unintended pregnancies, improve future pregnancy- and birth-outcomes and improve general health.

The Healthy Texas Women program offers women's health and family planning services at no cost to eligible, low-income women. These services help women plan their families, whether it is to achieve, postpone or prevent pregnancy. They also can have a positive effect on future pregnancy planning and general health.
